5. Statistics 2

In this chapter we continue our journey through the fundamentals of statistics that will provide the backbone for our work to come. In the previous chapter, we built some intuition around the Law of Large Numbers, hypothesis testing, and simulation, all three of which are essential ingredients in using data to make inferences about the world. Here, we build on this foundation to explore and build further intuition around another cornerstone of inference: uncertainty.
